Ricardo
Hernández
González
Ricardo holds a Degree in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Ecuador, is a senior specialist in Public Procurement, Master in Procedural Law from the Simon Bolivar Andean University and Master in Intellectual Property and New Technologies from the University of La Rioja in Spain.
He currently teaches undergraduate courses at International University of Ecuador and University of San Francisco of Quito. He is also a postgraduate professor in the Master’s Degree program in Procedural Law at University Espiritu Santo of Guayaquil and Simon Bolivar Andean University.
Ricardo is a specialist in handling Civil, Corporate, Commercial, Labor and Constitutional negotiations and litigation.
He has published several books and articles on procedural law in indexed journals.
He is a member of the Ecuadorian Institute of Procedural Law.
