Camila is a lawyer with a double master’s degree: in ICT, Social Networks and Intellectual Property Law from ESADE, Spain and in Law with a mention in Public Management from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador.

She has extensive experience in data protection, digital law and intellectual property, advising local and multinational companies in the protection of their intangible assets.

Specialized in regulatory compliance and privacy, she designs legal strategies adapted to regulations such as the LOPDP, managing risks, consulting and training in data protection. In addition, she is an expert in digital rights defense and technological conflict resolution, providing innovative solutions for a secure digital environment.

In the civil area, she has successfully handled complex cases in inheritance and real estate law, combining her knowledge with a practical and results-oriented approach.

Her practice focuses on the handling of administrative registration procedures, intellectual property, civil litigation and administrative litigation.
